The rules will be available on July 19 on Anatel’s website. To participate in this process, interested companies have to purchase the rules from Anatel. Anatel will allow any one company to develop up to two satellites during this process.

The satellites must cover Brazilian territory completely. The orbital positions and frequency use will last 15 years and can be renewed one time.
