PERU - MTC Regulatory Compliance
Peru required homologation for all telecommunications and wireless products.
Not all frequencies are available for use in Peru. The 2.400-2.4835 GHz and 5.725-5.875 GHz bands are assigned by the National Plan of Assignment of Frequencies (PNAF) for industrial and scientific uses. These frequencies can be used by radiofrequency devices, as long as the manufacturer/operator accepts there may be interference in these bands.
Contact LARCG to determine if your product will comply with all the constraints of frequencies in Peru.
