Meet our Leaders
As President and Co-founder of LARCG, Pete brings approximately 30 years of technical consulting & business experience to the team. Highly project and results focused, Pete abides by a “work hard, play hard” philosophy. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Pete writes, reads, and speaks both Spanish and Portuguese fluently. Pete is a fan of many of the amenities that Central Oregon has to offer, such as mountain biking, elk bow hunting, fly fishing, and dirt motorcycle riding. He has two boys, and enjoys taking them camping to many of Oregon’s beautiful locations.
Shaun joined LARCG in 2011 and brings over 20 years of business experience to the team with a Get-It-Done attitude. He graduated from the University of Oregon and has been a resident of Oregon most of his life. He believes in fully understanding the client’s needs and strives to deliver an efficient, comprehensive service. He enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that Oregon has to offer with skiing, fly fishing, mountain biking, and surfing.
Raquel graduated from Universidade Santo Amaro in São Paulo, Brazil and has over 10 years of experience providing services and managing projects related to Latin American markets. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, very detail oriented and organized. Raquel loves everything related to technology and enjoys learning something new every day. When she is not working, you can find her spending time outdoors the in beautiful Willamette Valley in Oregon with her husband, two kids and dog.
Brenda joined LARCG in 2011. After graduating from University of Guadalajara with a degree in Business Administration, she moved to Oregon where she spent several years working with government agencies. She has an extensive background in international project management. Brenda speaks fluent Spanish and delivers creative solutions to challenging projects. She and her husband like to spend their spare time doing outdoor activities such as backpacking, snowboarding and mountain biking. She also enjoys travel, photography, and volunteering at a local wildlife sanctuary.
Catalina joined LARCG in 2015. She graduated from Andes University in Colombia with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and currently getting her Masters at Portland State University. She is exceptional at identifying bottlenecks and establishing new methods to efficiently evaluate and interpret all the different telecommunication equipment’s information. Catalina has a strong commitment to empower her projects which need all her attention. Coming from Colombia, Catalina brings LARCG all the happiness which is representative of her country. She and her husband love to travel around the world and spend some time getting to know different cultures.
Johanna Wallen has a cumulative seven years’ experience in finance with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Colorado State University. A first generation American, she attended the Lycée Internationale of Los Angeles and as such, is fluent in both French and English. Johanna, her husband, and two sons are California transplants enjoying all Central Oregon has to offer.
Nico joined LARCG in 2017. Originally from the beach town of Pacific Grove, California, Nico attended the University of Oregon, graduating with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has a background in the tech industry, working on various sales teams on the West Coast, and has spent time backpacking through South America and Europe. He enjoys staying active, playing basketball, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and taking road trips.
